Job Role (General Description):
Responsible for implementing and managing the company's digital marketing activities through various channels, creating content and communicating with customers, covering events, generating opportunities and projects, while monitoring the performance of digital channels, updating the website, and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure achieving marketing and sales goals.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement electronic marketing activities on various digital platforms.
• Cover events and occasions and publish accompanying content professionally.
• Follow up on responses, messages, comments, and interact with the audience and clients.
• Prepare and manage the content of messages, tweets, and videos in line with the company's identity and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients to attract and select multiple advertising means and activate them appropriately.
• Extract and prepare project data by regions to support campaigns and targeting.
• Monitor the company's website and update it periodically (content/offers/news).
• Prepare and send SMS and WhatsApp messages for campaigns, notifications, and offers.
• Coordinate with the technical/systems department to follow up on programs and tools that serve the department (CRM/monitoring dashboards/advertising platforms).
• Market all company services and enhance its digital presence among targeted clients.
• Create new opportunities, open horizons, and attract potential projects/clients for the company.
• Communicate and coordinate with external entities such as editing, filming, and video production, and organize workflow with relevant internal departments.
