The Opportunity
This is a fast-paced role working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple departments. You’ll be responsible for translating business needs into clear, professional, and visually compelling outputs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality graphics including proposals, capability statements, presentations, and social media assets
• Work confidently across both digital and print formats, adhering to Compass brand guidelines
• Create motion graphics and video edits using After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand briefs and translate them into impactful visuals
• Maintain version control, file management, and progress tracking using Microsoft Teams Planner
• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Essential Requirements

• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality results independently
• Well-organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a structured, corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail, including portfolio presentation and file hygiene

Preferred Experience

• Recent experience working in or with a built environment consultancy (* project management, architecture, engineering)
• Familiarity with corporate brand communication and B2B design requirements
• Aligned with Compass values, professional, collaborative, and dependable
• Not purely from a creative agency background, this role requires consistency, structure, and business understanding

About the Job
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to create graphics with top-notch designing skills. You should have up-to-date knowledge of designs that speak visually. The design should have a huge impact on the consumer. You will have to work on various design projects including books, magazines, product packaging, websites, exhibitions material, and other business promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Document a design brief to update the client and all the stakeholders.
• Develop a project implementation plan and budget breakup.
• Use creativity to build new ideas and design concepts as per the client’s needs.
• Edit and adjust design drafts with recommendations for final approval.
• Create the visual concept of pictures, art, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
• Knowledge of font size and style to enhance the readability of text and images.
• Test the resolution of the graphics over various media and screen sizes.
• Build a healthy relationship with clients, designers, copywriters, and other team members.
• Assist the hiring manager and train the design team.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other designers to gain deeper insights into client requirements.
• Update technical knowledge through design workshops, review professional publications, and participate in webinars.
