Job Description

As a Sales Employee at Abyat, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the section is ready and organized, price accuracy, and stock availability to guarantee a distinguished shopping experience for customers.

• Working as a product expert in doors, windows, aluminum, glass, and internal and external door systems.

• Using door and window design software such as Pyramid, RA Workshop, Archimede, Dowes to prepare designs, calculate dimensions, extract quantities and costs, and provide accurate and professional quotes.

• Providing technical consultations to customers and assisting them in making purchasing decisions based on actual needs and accurate specifications.

• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinating with internal teams (orders, manufacturing, delivery) to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in retail sales in the doors, windows, aluminum, or glass sector.

IT Manager is required for an institution working in the field of security and smart systems

Job Responsibilities:

1- At the beginning of each month, target customers are identified.

2- Communication is made with relationship managers to schedule appointments for visits.

3- Three visits to target clients are made daily to present our services.

4- A brief daily report is prepared outlining the details of the visit.

5- Follow-up with clients to monitor their requirements and send them price offers.

6- A weekly report on successful, potential, and unachieved deals.

Working hours:

8 hours

Friday and Saturday

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install AC, refrigeration, and home appliance systems.
• Perform maintenance and repair work according to company standards and service manuals.

• Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, or replacement of aircraft components and systems.
• Conduct maintenance (both scheduled and unscheduled) and refurbishing of aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Undertake maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks individually or as part of a team.
• Perform daily preventive, corrective, servicing, and routine maintenance works to release the aircraft for flight.
• Supervise and train junior technicians while conducting on-the-job training activities.

• Mandatory FAA or EASA Part-66 * licensed aircraft technician (ICAO licenses will also be considered).
• Completion of Aircraft Maintenance Type Training Course Part 147.
• Practical working experience with AS 532 Ale (H215M).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field, preferably in Warehouse Operations.
• Strong driving skills with the ability to drive for 12 hours.
• Ability to work under special working conditions in a warehouse environment.

• Supervise spare parts receiving, storage, and issuance operations.
• Maintain accurate ERP (SAP) records of all parts movements.
• Monitor stock levels and support spare parts planning.
• Conduct audits and cycle counts for spare parts accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for spare parts availability.
• Prepare reports on spare parts usage and performance.
• Train warehouse staff on spare parts handling practices.
• Optimize warehouse layout for spare parts storage.
• Implement continuous improvement in spare parts management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in spare parts warehouse management.
• ERP (SAP) knowledge is required.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of spare parts for mechanical/electrical systems.
