Job Responsibilities:- Managing recruitment processes and attracting candidates.
- Resolving social insurance issues related to violations and registering all employees.
- Preparing salaries, tracking attendance, departure, and vacations.
- Preparing employment contracts and following up on human resources procedures.
- Managing employee files and electronic records.
- Coordinating training courses and performance evaluation processes.
Requirements:- Experience of no less than 3 to 5 years in human resources.
- Strong communication and task organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, ODOO.
