Role Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for effective preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment failures, supporting production reliability, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Safety & Work Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by strictly following safety standards and procedures.
  • Maintenance Operations: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify root causes of failures and assist in improving equipment performance.
  • Performance & Planning: Execute maintenance work orders and support planning activities.
  • Spare Parts & Resource Management: Ensure effective utilization of maintenance resources and monitor spare parts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in the Dairy, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Good English communication skills.
