Customer Care and Support Employee (Call Center) with an Accounting major and knowledge of accounting and financial systems

Working hours
8 hours daily

Days off
One day per week

5. Previous experience in customer service or restaurant field and food service systems is preferred.

6. Commitment to work hours and internal company policies.

7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.

8. Proficiency in English language fundamentals is considered an additional advantage.

9. Having a valid health certificate is considered an additional advantage.

📍 Work Location: [Jeddah / The Village Complex or Al-Batrij Street]
🕒 Work Hours: [8 hours single shift either morning/evening]
💰 Salary and Benefits: To be determined after the interview.

• Exchanging currency from one to another according to official exchange rates.
• Monitoring changes in currency prices and activities affecting them.
• Inspecting currencies to ensure they are free from damage or counterfeiting.
• Verifying sources of large quantities of currency.
• Recording all currency exchange transactions and reconciling received amounts.
• Following policies and procedures and adhering to relevant rules and regulations.
• Preparing and updating reports and financial documents related to currency trading.

• Customer Support & Interaction: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Respond to customer questions regarding applications, features, troubleshooting, and usage.
• Provide clear instructions to users with basic level of technical knowledge.
• Track and record all customer interactions accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issues are fully resolved.

• Perform basic troubleshooting of applications issues.
• Guide customers through applications setup, activation, and configuration steps.

• Maintain a professional, patient, and courteous attitude at all times.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in all interactions.

• Participate in training sessions to improve communication, technical skills, and customer handling.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; familiar with CRM applications, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with POS systems, cashier applications, or SaaS applications.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
