Job Title: Sales Supervisor (B2B & Events)

A leading company that owns several brands in the restaurant field is looking for a leadership-oriented and ambitious individual to establish and develop the corporate sales department, events, and buffets, and lead it towards achieving actual and sustainable growth.
Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive and initiative-driven person, capable of building the department from scratch, setting the strategy, organizing operations, and managing the corporate sales and key accounts, in addition to planning and expanding in the events and buffets sector.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Establish and organize the corporate sales department and set its operational plan.
* Attract and manage corporate clients and key accounts (B2B).
* Develop event and buffet packages and market them to companies and entities.
* Prepare competitive offers, negotiate, and close contracts.
* Achieve sales targets and monitor performance indicators.
* Build long-term strategic relationships with clients.
* Coordinate with operational and marketing teams to ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the restaurant sector (a prerequisite).
* Experience in managing event and buffet sales is a strong advantage.
* Leadership, organizational, and initiative-oriented personality.
* High negotiation skills and ability to persuade and close deals.
* Proficiency in using office programs and English language.
Preference will be given to those with a strong network of relationships in the Eastern Province
