• Monitoring patient activities and reporting relevant patient information to medical teams accurately and in a timely manner.
• Measuring and recording health-related readings such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels.
• Preparing patients for medical procedures and accompanying doctors if necessary.

• Support users and troubleshoot daily technical problems (hardware, networking, systems).
• Install and maintain computers, printers, and internal networks.
• Follow up on system failures and coordinate with service providers as needed.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within the systems.

• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for PMGM users.
• Deliver training, communication, and change‑management support to stakeholders.
• Monitor HR Idocs and error handling.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic preferred.
• University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors.
• Strong understanding of performance cycles, goal plans, and rating methodologies.
• Proficient in Employee Central.
• Analytical skills to interpret HR data.
