Job Title: Hostess

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and greeting them.
• Managing waiting lists and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment in the reception area.
• Handling inquiries and providing support to ensure a distinguished experience.
• Cooperating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to interact positively.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English language skills.

• Monitor and inspect sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Prevent unauthorized access and handle any breach attempts.
• Respond immediately to any emergencies or unusual behaviors.
• Document daily incidents and provide detailed reports on any violations or damages.
• Provide support and assistance to visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary, such as emergency teams or police.

• Saudi citizenship (mandatory).
• Previous experience in security or private security (preferred in multiple or sensitive environments).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and act wisely in emergency situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to write detailed reports.
• Having a certificate in first aid or a certificate in the field of security is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent at a minimum.
• Fluency in English - reading, writing, and speaking (strongly preferred).
