Position Purpose:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the end-to-end Supply Chain operations in Saudi Arabia to serve Sephora needs in the country omni-channel, across stores and e-com platform. As such he/she functionally oversees all aspects related to Local Supply Planning, Store Replenishment, Logistics Operations and 3PL Relationship Management. He/she is directly responsible for daily operations, new product and brands launches, while building the Supply Chain of the Future through efficient systems and processes.

Your Missions:
  • Lead Supply Chain operations in the country to maximize product availability and optimize inventory levels across the network.
  • Manage replenishment strategy and frequency to ensure optimal fulfillment for all our stores and e-com platform.
  • Continuously improve last mile solutions that bring additional efficiency and convenience to stores operation and online customers.
  • Supervise local warehouses operation, driving a collaborative mindset with local 3PL to increase efficiency, enhance quality standards and reduce cost.
  • Work closely with local retail team to sense changes in product demand and adjust the outlook accordingly.
  • Supervise over-stock and discontinued items exit strategy, coordination of return campaigns and stock rebalancing operations.
  • Define and monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to proactively diagnose and address operational performance and needs.
  • Work closely with Dubai HO on Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) to support analysis on KPIs and drive action plans.
  • Provide direction and lead a team of 7 professionals across Logistics and Planning.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ experience managing Supply Chain operations.
  • Middle East and KSA experience preferred.
  • Retail, Cosmetics, Pharma or FMCG experience preferred.
  • Extensive Logistics, 3PL Management and Demand & Supply Planning expertise.
  • Strong planning systems / ERP (SAP and RELEX considered a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills, emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results oriented and proactive.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic speaker is a plus.
