Position Purpose:The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for:
- Leading Supply Chain operations to maximize product availability and optimize inventory levels.
- Managing replenishment strategies for seamless fulfillment across all channels.
- Continuously improving last-mile solutions for efficient store operations and online customer satisfaction.
- Supervising local warehouse operations and collaborating with local 3PL.
- Monitoring over-stock and exit strategies for discontinued items.
- Defining and tracking relevant KPIs to enhance operational performance.
- Providing direction to a team of 7 professionals across Logistics and Planning.
Qualifications:To excel in this position, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree with over 7 years of Supply Chain management experience.
- Experience in the Middle East, particularly in KSA.
- Background in Retail, Cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong expertise in Logistics and Supply Planning, along with solid analytical and communication skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
