To provide necessary support to the Divisional Finance Manager and Accounting Manager in gathering and compiling accurate financial and management accounting data to ensure that reporting deadlines are met and reports are circulated on time.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a recognized university.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting in a commercial organization, preferably FMCG or Manufacturing.
• Cooperation and/or Tamheer will be considered as experience.

• Follow up on department cash flow activities, support financial reporting and handle payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate internal, external, and management financial reporting and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform accounting and financial-related reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• Assist in period-end closing and audit preparation.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI reports.
• Monitor and validate accounting system postings.
• Process vendor invoices.

Provide continuous on-the-job training and support to finance staff to enhance their skills and performance.

• Managing the daily schedules of executive directors.
• Coordinating meetings and events.
• Preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Interacting with clients and suppliers to build strong relationships.

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• 2 - 10 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Payroll Processing: Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate calculations of earnings, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and ZATCA regulations. Manage payroll confidentiality and accuracy.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate payroll reports and support finance in month-end closing, ensuring payroll accounts are reconciled with the general ledger.
• Employee Support: Address payroll inquiries, maintain updated payroll files, and provide accurate final settlements.
• Coordination & System Management: Work with HR on employee changes, ensuring payroll systems reflect the latest HR data.

• Conducting and overseeing analytical tasks such as data gathering and financial analysis.
• Leading workstreams and working closely with clients to implement actionable recommendations.
• Supporting business development through proposal writing and pitch preparation.
• Contributing to internal knowledge-building and mentoring junior colleagues.

• Have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in consulting or financial services.
• Be fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Monitor and analyze production costs, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Maintain and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system.
• Conduct periodic cost roll-ups and standard cost updates.
• Prepare detailed cost variance analysis reports.
• Reconcile inventory valuation for raw materials and finished goods.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze cost structures and propose improvements.
• Track scrap and rework costs with justifications.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting.

• Support auditors with cost-related documentation.

• Collaborate closely with the warehouse and production teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Management.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and costing tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.

• Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials.
• Innovate designs for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to transform ideas into effective designs.
• Prepare and design catalogs and brochures in line with the visual identity.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Oversee accounting, cash flow, invoicing, payroll, and financial controls
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, including ZATCA, VAT, and local accounting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management
• Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in tech or software companies
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, and ZATCA requirements
• Experience with ERP and financial systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
