With a firm background in Facility Management or Construction, you'll be integral to shaping our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business goals.
- Design and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff retention.
- Implement employee evaluation and appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with Saudization and labor regulations.
- Administer HRMS and maintain accurate HR data for decision-making.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR management experience in Facility Management or Construction.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
