- Following up on the implementation status of decisions issued by management.
- Drafting administrative correspondence for various external parties.
- Organizing the schedule for conferences and interviews.
- Attending to guest requirements and managing the meeting schedule.
- Preparing necessary documents for submitting price quotations.
- Following up on the company's qualification process with both governmental and private entities.
- Monitoring and updating the company’s official website and social media accounts.
- Managing the company’s email correspondence and responding in both Arabic and English.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or Business Administration.
- Female, born in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Secretary (preferred).
- English proficiency required.
