As an Optician you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly.

In addition you will act as an ambassador for RETAIL BANNER, ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience. You’ll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling. As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Oliver Peoples culture.

Major duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Coach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
• Examine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with the local guidelines
• Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available)
• Offer help and advice for patients choosing frames and lenses
• Liaise with other medical practitioners
• Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles & contact lenses

And have

• Minimum of 1 year experience and in the possession of an optical diploma
• Written and verbal communication skills in English

We are offering a part-time position in the real estate field, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 *** ideal candidate should be interested in the real estate industry and motivated to grow professionally while working in a dynamic and professional environment.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

• Entry-level university graduate with 0-3 years of work experience.
• University degree in Sports Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related field.
• A passion for selling and building relationships with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined and capable of working independently.

• Able to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Engage in a structured learning program to understand market dynamics and Musco's offerings.
• Participate in customer meetings and training sessions to learn qualifying projects and customer needs.
• Conduct outreach initiatives such as cold calling under guidance.
• Assist in developing customer engagement strategies.
• Present and advocate for Musco's products by shadowing experienced personnel.
