**Job Title**: Sushi Preparation and Customer Service Employee
**Location**: Food Truck
**Job Objective**: Preparing and fully preparing sushi and sushi burgers starting from preparing the rice and ingredients to decorating the sushi and serving it to customers. The employee must also handle customers, receive their orders, and achieve a high level of service and professionalism.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

1. **Food Preparation**:
- Preparing the necessary ingredients for making sushi (rice, vegetables, sauces).
- Learning and mastering the method of making sushi and sushi burgers, from cooking the rice to decorating the sushi and serving it.
- Preparing sushi burgers at the highest quality and in an attractive manner for customers.

2. **Tools and Equipment Management**:

- Maintaining cleanliness of the place and tools, and ensuring food safety
(there is a dedicated cleaning staff at the end of the day).

3. **Interaction with Customers**:
- Welcoming customers upon their arrival at the food truck and providing quick service.
- Accurately receiving and confirming orders, ensuring details and customer preferences.
- Presenting meals professionally while ensuring food cleanliness and packaging.

. **Preparation and Presentation**:
- Working on preparing orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining food quality.
- Ensuring sushi is arranged beautifully and attractively before serving it to customers.


. **Working as a Team**:
- Collaborating with the team to improve service quality and speed up operations.
- Assisting in organizing and supplying ingredients and ensuring essential materials are continuously available.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Previous Experience**: Having experience in sushi making or working in similar restaurants is preferred, but training can be provided.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Ability to Work Under Pressure**: Effectively and quickly handling peak times.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring food quality and serving it professionally.
