Part-time • Alerting the manager to urgent tasks and deadlines. • Preparing and writing summaries of meetings and their results. • Motivating employees to perform their best. • Managing client-related documents such as contracts, papers, and real estate sales agreements. • Preparing and presenting performance and sales reports. • Tracking progress on goals periodically. • Documenting sales activities, daily performance, and achievements. • Providing administrative support to the management or executive team, organizing office work, coordinating between departments, and following up on daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow. • 5 hours a day. • 5 days a week from (Sunday - Thursday).
