We Are Hiring – Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution, with the ability to enhance the company’s digital presence and support business growth strategies.

Job Objective:

Responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, managing digital platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting brand growth through innovative marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and create creative content for posts, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage company social media accounts (Instagram – LinkedIn – X – Snapchat).
  • Supervise websites and e-commerce platforms while continuously updating products and content.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and management teams to execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and external suppliers in marketing and advertising fields.
  • Contribute to organizing company marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitors’ trends, and suggest new business opportunities.
  • Monitor user experience across digital platforms and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and update the marketing database regularly.
  • Develop innovative marketing ideas to strengthen the company’s digital identity.
  • Monitor digital advertising campaigns, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports.
  • Prepare and execute monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Follow up campaign performance across different platforms and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars for all digital platforms.
  • Monitor comments and messages across digital platforms and respond professionally.
  • Suggest and execute seasonal promotional campaigns and special occasion marketing ideas (Ramadan, National Day, etc.).
  • Collect and analyze potential customer data from digital channels.
  • Develop website content including texts, descriptions, and SEO keywords.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing creative strategies that support branding and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing.
  • Experience in social media management and campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation and branding strategies.
  • Moderate experience in Creative Strategy development and execution.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent content writing and creative thinking abilities.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and website content management.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good command of the English language.
