Your Responsibilities:- Develop guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and services.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Inform customers about the most appropriate product ranges for their needs.
- Track store sales goals and prepare daily sales reports.
- Participate in achieving sales incentives and monitor goals after new product launches.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and restocking at the makeup counters.
- Conduct monthly makeup sessions and maintain merchandising standards as per brand directives.
- Assist customers with practical makeup applications.
