Main Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, identifying their needs and providing them with the necessary information.
• Making phone calls and responding to inquiries or transferring to the appropriate reference.
• Coordinating interview appointments and recording the names of reviewers in the special registers.
• Adhering to work procedures and internal policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Customer Service.
• Certificates such as Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or CCNA are preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic and skills in English or other languages.
