Key Responsibilities:- Monitor site activities for compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and updating of safety policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, incidents, and near misses.
- Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote safety awareness.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records related to inspections and HSE audits.
- Participate in emergency response and investigate incidents, recommending preventive measures.
- Ensure environmental practices align with applicable laws and protective guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications:- Diploma or Associate Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Kawadir certification is required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
