Customer Service Inquiry Writer JobThe United Eagles Office for Recruitment is seeking to hire an Inquiry Writer at the Customer Service Center, where your main responsibility will be to provide advice and basic information to customers, respond to their inquiries, and process basic requests via telephone or electronic means.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Include:- Responding to customers' basic inquiries and providing advice about the institution's services.
- Processing basic customer requests and sending the required documents.
- Resolving customer complaints and referring more complex issues to the appropriate staff member.
- Recording all inquiries and complaints and reporting the solutions taken.
- Fully complying with the policies and procedures followed in the Customer Service Center.
Requirements:- Practical experience of no less than one year in the field of customer service.
- High school diploma at a minimum.
- Advanced communication skills and customer assistance and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Job Details:- Job Type: Full-time, six days a week.
- Work Hours: Morning.
- Location: Eastern Province, Al Khobar City.
