Join Our Team as a Sales Executive!At Napco National, a leading company in manufacturing and marketing packaging solutions, we are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of our products to assigned customers while providing valuable feedback on competitive activities within your area.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell the company's diverse products to assigned customers.
- Ensure proper implementation of planograms.
- Issue special order requests as necessary.
- Collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews prior to market visits.
- Detect and report new customers in your area to the team leader.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and report to the sales team leader.
- Present customer orders along with daily collection to the team leader or accountant.
- Issue return forms for defective products and obtain approval before actual returns.
- Report any unresolved issues or objections to the team leader.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliation, obtaining customer signatures/approvals.
- Perform inventory checks during visits covering warehouses and shelves.
