Key Responsibilities:- Register and accommodate all guest arrivals according to established procedures.
- Execute check-in, check-out, and room change procedures accurately in the hotel system.
- Manage cashier float and maintain accurate daily reports of all transactions.
- Assist guests with currency exchange and address any inquiries.
- Stay informed on accounting procedures and special promotion programs.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism, referring to supervisors when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports for night audits and ensure all front desk areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to health and safety policies while performing related duties.
Qualifications:- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Guest Relations, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Ability to work cohesively within a multicultural team and provide exceptional guest service.
