We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our dynamic coffee shop team, where you will craft exceptional coffee beverages and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, ability to operate and maintain espresso machines, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving various coffee drinks, handling cash transactions, managing inventory, educating customers about our coffee offerings, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

• Baking and Preparation: Prepare and bake a variety of items including breads, pastries, cakes, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods, especially in Arabic cuisine. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
• Ingredient Management: Responsible for receiving and storing baking ingredients properly. Maintain stock of dry and perishable ingredients ensuring they are used before expiration.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to health, safety, and food safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness of baking equipment and work surfaces.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain baking equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Menu Planning: Collaborate with the catering manager to create nutritious menus for the offshore crew.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other catering team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Logistics and Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of baked goods to dining areas.
• Safety: Participate in regular safety drills and follow emergency procedures.

• Formal training or certification in baking or culinary arts is preferred.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in baking, preferably in a commercial kitchen or offshore environment.
• Experience in Arabic cuisine is a must!
• Strong baking techniques and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

• Execute all warehouse activities including production/DC inbound receiving.
• Pick orders, load and offload goods, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

• Aggregate goods according to sales orders and assist in physical counting and housekeeping duties.

• Ability to read and write.

• Oversee and execute the receiving, put-away, and storage of incoming materials and inventory using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and SAP Materials Management (SAP MM).
• Execute goods issue, goods receipt, staging, picking, and packing using EWM.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of outgoing materials and orders using SAP EWM.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand, leveraging SAP's materials requirements planning (MRP).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or issues related to materials.
• Manage inventory control, including cycle counting and physical inventory, utilizing SAP's inventory management and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material transactions, inventory levels, and warehouse activities in SAP.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on proper materials handling procedures and SAP management tools.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in warehouse management to enhance SAP-based processes.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Experience in SAP Materials Management Module; S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• 2+ years in Inventory and Materials Management.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, management information systems or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
