Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute internal communication initiatives across multiple channels.
- Create engaging content, including articles, videos, presentations, digital materials, and campaigns to promote key initiatives and services.
- Coordinate communication activities for events and exhibitions.
- Measure the impact of communication efforts through KPIs, surveys, and feedback tools, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality communication solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate or internal communications within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in industrial or energy environments is considered an advantage.
- Strong writing and content development skills are essential.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel independently across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia as required.

Work Environment and Language
