Job Opportunity: Project CoordinatorWe are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team at SRG and support daily operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and follow up on project activities and deliverables.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage project transactions and workflows on Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Prepare and maintain timesheets and project reports.
- Communicate with teams of different nationalities and ensure smooth project operations.
- Track progress and escalate delays when needed.
- Support the project manager with scheduling, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
- Experience using Oracle or other project management systems (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
