About the Role: The HR Officer will support the HR Division in delivering effective personnel services within the sales division. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing medical requests for policy coverage.
- Verifying bank loans for eligibility.
- Analyzing school fee invoices.
- Ensuring salary documentation for new/trial employees is complete.
- Analyzing termination and final payment requests.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR/Admin roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work effectively with diverse nationalities.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Competencies: Polite, positive attitude, disciplined, organized, and a team player.
