  • Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at Napco to ensure attainment of quality standards and to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • A foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and the transformation of raw materials into finished goods.
  • Familiarity with operating various production machines, tools, and labor effectively.
  • Ability to interpret and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • A commitment to adhering to occupational health and safety policies and regulations.
  • The capacity to understand and interpret legal requirements and internal procedures related to safety and loss prevention.
  • Proficiency in inspecting and testing materials and products against established standards.
  • A systematic approach to monitoring and evaluating manufacturing processes.
