The role involves coordinating the sending of invitations via WhatsApp and email, managing guest lists, providing immediate support, and interacting with guests to ensure a smooth experience. It also requires strong communication skills, whether over the phone or in writing, attention to detail, and the ability to handle clients’ needs efficiently and professionally, in addition to using various systems and interacting with them in both Arabic and English fluently. Mastery of the Saudi dialect is preferred to ensure more effective communication with clients.
