Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to project teams within the PMS organization.
• Maintain filing systems, logs, and correspondence registers to support daily operations.
• Assist in typing, document formatting, and preparation of internal and external communications.
• Handle office supplies, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and support coordination of project meetings.
• Assist in maintaining records, timesheets, and tracking of general administrative data.
• Ensure proper document handling and compliance with established filing and archiving procedures.
• Support a safe and efficient work environment in coordination with project staff.

Qualifications:
• High school education with a minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial activities, filing systems, office administration, and management.

Job Overview:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing for Food and Beverage service and serving our guests in line with the Food and Beverage concept. You will provide guests with an engaging & personalized service experience, turning their moments with us into memories.

Essential Job Functions:

• Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Possesses outstanding guest service skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
• Sells coffees by explaining differences in coffee beans/pods and preparation.
• Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes for coffee drinks, such as espresso and cappuccino.
• Generates revenues by attracting new customers and defining new services.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee supply and stocking equipment.
• Keeps equipment operational by troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
