Key Responsibilities:
โข Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and budget management
โข Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention
โข Lead, train, and motivate a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and front desk staff
โข Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
โข Monitor and maintain fitness equipment, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed
โข Create and manage fitness programs, classes, and special events to enhance member experience
โข Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
โข Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize facility performance
โข Manage payroll, inventory, and administrative duties
