Receptionist required to work in a leading company
Must have a decent appearance and excellent communication skills. Responsible for welcoming guests and visitors, directing them, answering phone calls and forwarding them to the relevant departments, with the ability to handle electronic correspondence and manage appointments efficiently.
Main duties:
• Welcoming visitors, registering their data, and issuing necessary permits
• Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
• Handling correspondence and incoming and outgoing mail
• Managing and directing phone communications to the relevant departments
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting in resolving simple issues
