In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools necessary for EY to deliver exceptional service and achieve growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level support to a select group of Partners and Executives.
- Organizing and managing comprehensive diaries, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
- Screening emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing follow-ups.
- Preparing expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Preparing and revising documents, including presentations and reports.
- Coordinating internal and external client events as needed.
Skills and Attributes for Success:- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

To qualify for the role:You should have at least 3 years of EA experience supporting multiple executives in a corporate environment. Experience in global professional services or mid-tier firms is highly advantageous.
