Join Our Team as a Senior Quantity SurveyorWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will contribute to our projects with local insights and expertise. In this role, you will oversee various quantity surveying activities, including:
- Preparing budgetary estimates and Bill of Quantities from sketch drawings.
- Contributing to the success of large-scale projects including commercial and residential complexes, highways, airports, and more.
- Liaising with Project Directors and attending tender procedures to prepare tender reports.
- Managing contract documents and providing recommendations on contractor’s valuations.
- Conducting evaluations, handling contractual correspondences, and preparing monthly statements.
- Finalizing the account of projects and assisting in contract administration duties.
Essential Requirements:- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in pre & post construction quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in KSA.
- Preferred member of RICS.
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and other contracts.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
