Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming guests: Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing necessary assistance.

2. Check-in and check-out procedures: Managing check-in and check-out operations accurately and quickly.

3. Responding to inquiries: Providing information about the hotel and its services as well as the surrounding areas.

4. Managing reservations: Handling the booking system, confirming and modifying bookings as needed.

5. Problem-solving: Addressing complaints and issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

6. Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments such as room service and cleaning to ensure a comfortable experience for guests.

7. Keeping records: Accurately recording necessary information such as guest details and payments.

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to handle stress.

- Knowledge of basic computer skills.

- Previous experience in the hospitality field is preferred.

- Excellent English language skills.

· A recent graduate in hospitality or related fields, or have at least one year of experience in hotel reception

💰 Salary:

5000 Saudi Riyals (including housing and transportation allowances)

• Welcoming guests warmly and professionally, and directing them to their tables.
• Managing reservations using the designated system and informing guests of any changes or delays in their bookings.
• Presenting menus and explaining special dishes.
• Coordinating special needs with the service team, such as food allergies.
• Responding to guest inquiries and providing suggestions based on their preferences.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area and supporting the team in various tasks.

• Nationality: Saudi only.
• Qualification: Diploma in hospitality or customer service or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or reception is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and use of reservation systems and computers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time.
• Commitment to the specified dress code according to company standards.

• Managing service schedules and organizing staff schedules.
• Supervising staff during their daily duties such as dusting and sweeping floors.
• Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and necessary equipment.
• Implementing and following health and safety policies.

• Practical experience of at least 3 years in the field of management and cleaning.
• Educational qualification: high school diploma.
• The ability to supervise and manage teams.
