Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Welcoming customers and interacting with them professionally, providing appropriate recommendations.

• Maintaining cleanliness and preparing workstations and tools daily.

• Monitoring stock levels of coffee, milk, and essential items, and notifying the supervisor when restocking is needed.

• Adhering to food safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.

• Operating the cash register on certain days or as needed, including taking orders, collecting payments, and printing invoices accurately.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure service speed and quality customer experience.

• Complying with the establishment's policies and adhering to attendance and departure times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in coffee preparation.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers.

• Speed in task completion and accuracy in preparation.

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of using cash register and point of sale (POS) systems.

• Welcoming customers and providing high-quality service, and recording orders in the food delivery system.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Previous experience in the same field (preferred).
• High skill in dealing with customers.
• Seriousness and commitment to deadlines.
• The ability to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in the Point of Sale program (Foodex)
• Knowledge of all delivery applications (Hunger Station - Jahez - Toyo, etc.)

• Experience in sales (specifically in restaurants) from one to two years.
