Role Overview:
The Senior Cost / Budget Controller will manage the contracts team deployed on various Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. You will provide contract execution support to the Project Management team on behalf of Khafji Joint Operations (KJO), ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Additionally, you will review early-stage deliverables related to procurement and contracting strategies produced by KJO's front-end development department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of contracts team across multiple projects.
  • Provide contract execution support to Project Management.
  • Evaluate and consult on project cost accounting.
  • Review procurement and contracting strategies during project initiation.

Required Knowledge/Experience:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A minimum of 6 years of project cost engineering experience in major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
  • Strong capability in project cost accounting evaluation.

Education:
You should possess one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or a closely related field.
  • Diploma with a Certificate from a recognized agency in project cost related expertise.
