Tasks and Responsibilities:

Daily follow-up on orders received from the website and ensure their details.

Distributing tasks to the specialized team for preparation and packaging, and reviewing orders before delivery.

Ensuring that each order meets the client's specifications (names, packaging, quantities, special notes).

Coordinating with shipping companies and representatives to deliver orders on time.

Monitoring shipping and delivery statuses and resolving any comments or delays.

Managing daily operations within the warehouse or preparation area in an organized and fast manner.

Submitting daily reports to management on the number of completed and delayed orders.

Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace and maintaining product quality during preparation.

Contributing to improving the customer experience through accuracy and speed of execution.

Requirements:

High skill in organization and quick thinking.

Proficiency in using computers and tracking through the store's control panels.

Experience or understanding of dealing with electronic orders and shipping.

High accuracy in work and the ability to lead the team.

Preference for residents of North Riyadh or near Al-Narjis neighborhood.
