Responsibilities
Coordination and assistance in the recruitment process and ensuring the selection of candidates according to policies and regulations.
Assisting in preparing job descriptions for employees.
Following up on human resources programs related to promotions, motivation, and improving employee performance and efficiency.
Providing job offers to new candidates and following up on their hiring procedures.
Preparing reports related to human resources management, analyzing periodic results, and submitting them to management.
Following up on the annual performance evaluation reports for employees and the probationary period.
Assisting and participating in analyzing all issues related to job turnover.
Communicating with internal and external recruiting offices and following up on recruiting procedures and completing the required documents.
Representing the company at internal and external job fairs.
Coordinating with companies and departments to determine job needs.
Assisting in the annual recruitment plan and job budget.
