About the job:

Capsent is looking for a Creative Strategy Specialist to take responsibility for designing, testing, and optimizing high-performance creative ads across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

The role requires full management of the creative testing process from idea to execution, with complete autonomy in decision-making. You will work closely with the e-commerce team to develop visually appealing ads that enhance click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·       Manage creativity from start to finish

✅ Design, develop, and test creative ads (static images, videos, catalogs, and more) across Meta, Snapchat, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

✅ Take full responsibility for the creative ad testing process to ensure a continuous flow of high-impact and high-performance ads.

·       Optimize ads based on data

✅ Develop tailored creative strategies that fit the requirements of each platform like Meta, Snapchat, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

✅ Keep up with the latest trends and digital advertising to ensure Capsent is always at the forefront.

✅ Generate creative ideas and strategies and design ads that align with brand identity for optimal performance.

✅ Provide a diverse mix of designs and visual content to attract different audience segments.

·       Performance reporting and analysis

✅ Analyze ad performance periodically and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.

✅ Collaborate with the e-commerce team to increase conversion rates and sales.

·       Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations

✅ Monitor developments in the digital and advertising field to ensure ongoing excellence and innovation in Capsent's strategies.


 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

🔹 At least 3 years of experience in creative marketing or performance marketing.

🔹 A proven track record of producing high-performance ads with high click-through and conversion rates on Meta, Snapchat, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

🔹 Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS) and the ability to translate them into creative decisions.

🔹 Proficiency in using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs.

🔹 Experience in testing and analyzing data to test and optimize ads.

🔹 Independent personality capable of working creatively and making data-driven decisions.

🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills with the team.

🔹 A portfolio showcasing successful previous creative advertising campaigns.
