Qualifications

• Proficient in Administrative Assistance
• Strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and data analysis

Job Vacancy: Operations Assistant – Freight Forwarding

An international freight forwarding company with its head office based in Dubai is seeking Operations Assistant to support daily freight forwarding and operational activities at its Riyadh office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land shipments)

• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, vendors, and internal teams

• Follow up on shipments, freight documents, and delivery status

• Prepare and maintain operational reports and shipment records

• Support the operations team with scheduling, bookings, and coordination

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations is preferred

• Good knowledge of air, sea, and land freight procedures

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
