·         Good knowledge in government legislations (companies’ law, labor law, …) to help keeping the Article of Association and different procedures, policies and contracts of the company updated and to assist in creating new ones. Experience with processes and procedures required for manual and online services with different Ministries and governmental bodies (Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Environment, Passport Office, Chamber of Commerce, Royal Commission, ZATKA, etc...) to help renewing/issuing all required permits and documents for company and employees. Experience with different programs and initiatives developed by the public and private sectors to incentive and support industries (IKTVA, Ministry of Industry programs, ...) to help the company apply and benefit from all these programs.

• Execute and obtain staff visas and labor cards while ensuring compliance with KSA government regulations.
• Liaise with local administration and support the organization in acquiring necessary documents for customer access IDs.
• Maintain relationships with security departments to facilitate work permits and IDs.
• Assist employees with visa renewals and provide necessary information and support.
• Ensure timely document preparation according to legal requirements and aid in the submission of customer invoices.

• Understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Write and draft various content in both Arabic and English, including articles, editorials, and newsletters.
• Verify facts and ensure all written content is accurate and error-free.
• Edit manuscripts and collaborate with authors on changes.
• Develop PR materials that highlight our commitment to critical issues like environmental safety and public welfare.
• Conduct surveys and create presentation materials for management.
• Create graphics and layouts for promotional purposes.
• Manage and maintain records of visual content, including photographs from events.
• Plan and develop event outlines and presentations.
• Represent YASREF at various events to promote products and foster community relations.
• Coordinate logistics for events and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Strong understanding of government policies and facility management.
• Knowledge of media and public relation protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English.
