Full-time The sales executive is responsible for driving business and increasing revenue by developing and building relationships with clients, companies, travel agents, and other business partners. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills, a client-centered approach, and a deep understanding of the hospitality market. Responsibilities: - Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new customers. - Develop customer and travel accounts locally to drive more business for hotels and increase market/client share across all revenue streams. - Negotiate prices with corporate customers. - Develop and implement creative local marketing channels including social media channels. - Prepare hotel company contracts in accordance with current working conditions and prices. - Work within existing business strategies and identify potential opportunities. - Collaborate with other departments in hotels to provide an exceptional customer experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs. - Draft accurate reports that meet the needs of the sales manager and senior management to include business with clients. - Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
