Achieving the monthly sales target
- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry to the showroom
- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the suitable product for them
- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to resolve all their issues, escalating the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not possible
- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the regulations in place and following the instructions regarding holding goods
- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, and mail, and informing the customer about all new goods and services
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace
- Maintaining a proper appearance and adhering to the complete official uniform
- Following management instructions regarding the work regulations that have been previously circulated, such as (instructions regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and locations, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, etc.)
