Job Overview: Real Estate Consultant - (in our projects in the north and east of Riyadh) to work with us as a consultant for marketing properties in our exclusive projects in Riyadh effectively. * Responsibilities: ** Marketing and selling the available properties for sale at the project site. * Receiving and following up on calls, messages, and inquiries related to our projects. * Providing advice and guidance to clients about the available properties and executing sales until the deal is completed. * Commitment to follow up with potential clients. * Commitment to preparing daily reports. * Requirements: ** Must be a Saudi citizen. * Must be a resident of Riyadh. * Previous experience in selling properties (not less than 6 months). * Previous experience in sales (not less than 6 months). * Excellent communication skills. * Commitment to seriousness and credibility at work. * Availability of a personal computer to use our systems. * Advantages: ** Incentive commissions for each property unit. * Providing potential clients to increase sales opportunities. * Providing the necessary support to complete the deal. * Guidance and follow-up. * Part-time work, 5 evening hours, 6 days a week.
