We need a Saudi employee for a real estate company in Al-Badiyah neighborhood in Riyadh, responsible for collection and following up with tenants in the morning or evening.


 We are looking for a distinctive "front desk" for our office in Riyadh. If you are someone who loves dealing with people, is personable, and can handle office and field matters at the same time, this is the place for you.

Salary: 2500 to 4000 Riyals


What will you do with us? (Tasks):

  • Customer reception: You will be the first face the client meets in the office, welcoming them with a smile, answering their calls, and explaining all the details of the properties we have through the office's "dashboard".
  • Data management: Your work on "Excel" must be accurate; you will enter customer and unit data, and provide us with reports whenever we need them quickly and easily.
  • Owner relations: You will communicate with our current owners and keep them updated about their properties, as well as reach out to new owners and present our property management services in your convincing style.
  • Collection follow-up: In your personable way, you will remind tenants of rent due dates and overdue payments, ensuring that the office's financial matters are in order.
  • Field visits: You will check on vacant properties, ensure they are clean and ready, and take appealing photos and videos to promote them.
  • Coordination and research: You will coordinate with the online team regarding advertisements and visits, and always keep an eye on the market to find new units and properties to add to the office.
  • Closing deals: You will meet clients in the office or on the phone, presenting them with properties on the dashboard in a smart sales style that encourages them to sign contracts willingly.
  • Strong collection: You will be responsible for the collection file; you will inform tenants of payment dates, follow up on overdue payments with firmness and professionalism, and ensure that every riyal goes back to the owners and the office on time.
  • Field coordination: You will schedule visits for serious clients and show them the units in person, providing the online team with all the information and images they need for advertisements.

What do we need from you? (Requirements):

  • Experience: At least two years of experience in real estate, customer service, or collection within the city of Riyadh.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (not a strict requirement for applying)

  • Skills: Knowledge of "Microsoft Excel" (data entry, extraction, and report presentation).

  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic (a strict requirement), and a basic level of English (not mandatory)

  • Flexibility: Ability to work on a shift basis and conduct field visits.

  • Driving license: Having a valid driving license is preferred but not a primary requirement.
