Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of steel pipes and EMT pipes, with a proven track record in sales. This individual will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth for 7 Star Industry Co. in the steel and EMT pipe market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in the construction, electrical, manufacturing, and industrial sectors for steel and EMT pipes.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers, offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful product presentations, highlighting the benefits and technical specifications of steel and EMT pipes to decision-makers.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate deep knowledge of steel pipes, EMT pipes, and related products, including their various applications and industry standards.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by proactively pursuing leads and driving business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations, ensuring that the company remains competitive and informed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (logistics, customer service, warehouse) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of steel pipes, EMT pipes, or related products in the construction, electrical, or industrial sectors.
  • Product Expertise: Strong knowledge of steel pipes, EMT pipes, and their applications, including technical specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, with a proven ability to manage a territory, build a client base, and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Network: Established relationships within the steel and electrical sectors, with a strong network of potential customers or industry contacts.
