About The Role

We’re an early-stage startup building something new, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, and loves to experiment. You’ll be responsible for owning the entire marketing function—developing a bold, testable strategy, executing campaigns, and adapting quickly based on real-world results.

This is not a maintenance role. It’s a builder role. You’ll create the marketing blueprint from scratch, test channels, identify what works, and scale it. You’ll lead everything from brand positioning and performance marketing to partnerships and growth experiments.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with product and operations. This is a rare opportunity to join at ground level, shape a brand from zero, and build the playbook as you go.

What You’ll Do
  • Marketing Strategy & Positioning
    • Develop the brand’s positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks
    • Craft the go-to-market strategy across channels (paid, earned, owned)
    • Identify key customer segments and translate insights into campaigns
    • Define quarterly marketing OKRs and lead cross-functional planning
  • Marketing Execution
    • Launch and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) across awareness and conversion funnels
    • Set up and run experiments to test creative, audiences, copy, timing, channels, and formats
    • Manage day-to-day content and creative production (initially solo or with freelancers)
    • Analyze data to track CAC, conversion, engagement, and retention KPIs
    • Own marketing ops: landing pages, UTMs, tracking, retargeting
  • Growth Experiments & Iteration
    • Build and manage a testing roadmap: A/B tests, pilot programs, local activations
    • Design and execute fast, cheap experiments to validate traction channels
    • Work closely with product/ops to build marketing loops and referral programs
  • Brand & Partnerships
    • Shape the visual and verbal identity of the brand as it grows
    • Source and manage creative agencies, media partners, and event collaborators
    • Represent the brand in community efforts, partnerships, and activations
What We’re Looking For
  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in early-stage or high-growth startups
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies from scratch
  • Experience with both brand and performance marketing (full-funnel thinking)
  • Comfortable running experiments and iterating based on real-world data
  • Strong analytical and creative instincts—you can work a spreadsheet and write a hook
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with regional consumer insight
  • Proficiency with key tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Figma, Notion, etc. Entrepreneurial mindset—you move fast, think clearly, and ship without waiting

We are looking for a talented content writer who can turn words into videos that are watched until the end and tweets that are widely circulated. You will work directly with the founder to craft daily ideas, TikTok/Reels scripts (45–60 seconds), and impactful tweets that drive engagement and conversion. The role combines deep creative writing + competitor analysis + fast execution in a rapidly changing Saudi market,

Generating daily ideas and content planning

  • Propose 3–5 TikTok/Reels ideas daily accompanied by a title, main hook, value points, and a clear CTA.
  • Build a weekly editorial calendar (from Sunday to Thursday) that balances: real-time trends, concise educational content, and small case stories, etc.
  • Create a renewable Hooks bank (not less than 50 hooks monthly) classified by: curiosity/shocking number/story/warning/time-saving/save your money, etc.

2) Writing TikTok/Reels scripts (45–60 seconds)

  • Deliver 1 script daily in a realistic narrative style and marketing in the Saudi dialect with rhythm control (line = shot).
  • For each script: 3 hook alternatives + 3 different CTAs for testing + proposed video editing notes (cut timing, screen text, proposed caption, hashtags).

3) Writing effective and impactful tweets

  • One tweet daily (short + interactive questions + Tips + Mini-threads), along with 2 deep Threads weekly based on Saudi numbers/examples.
  • Craft smart calls to action (polls, "Choose A/B", "Have you tried this?") and link them to visual content.


4) Researching and analyzing competitors/trends

  • Monitor a weekly competitors dashboard: Who are the top 5 accounts (Saudi/Arab/Global) in the same field? What works for them? Why?
  • Deconstruct 3 successful campaigns weekly (reverse-engineering): structure, hooks, sentence length, angles, reason for viral spread, and how we can improve.
  • Use TikTok Creative Center and X Trends to extract hot words and angles that feed daily ideas.

Prepare weekly A/B tests for hooks, CTAs, and tone, and submit a brief report every Thursday: what succeeded/why/how to scale success.
