The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Field Sales Representative at the Industrial Adhesive Division in Saudi Arabia territory, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Promoting 3M Industrial Adhesive and tapes product at both end-user and channel partner level.
  • Implementing new product introduction.
  • Executing defined sales strategy to acquire new customers and generate demand in the Saudi market.
  • Working closely with the EMEA functional team (* technical team, EMEA portfolio team).
  • Supporting our valued channel partners.
  • Solving design challenges at our end-users.
  • Owning the full sales cycle to meet our targets.
  • Managing the CRM system and tracking records aligned to company expectations.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Saudi nationality is a must.
  • Higher education skill is required (preferably structural engineering).
  • Experience in sales and technical solutions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of bonding and adhesive technology.
  • Ability to work individually and proactively to achieve targets.

Job specifics:
Location: Preferred in the Riyadh area; job is country specific for Saudi Arabia. Travel expectations include at least 4 days per week of domestic travel to customers in Saudi Arabia and preferably 1 day per office. Type of job is remote and working pattern is full-time. Total compensation package consists of 70% monthly base pay (guaranteed) and 30% quarterly variable (depending on sales results). 3M provides excellent allowances and benefits package.

Job Overview

Responsible for directly supervising the sales branches directed at individuals (B2C), ensuring sales targets are achieved, improving customer experience, and enhancing the efficiency of branch teams, while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Functional Relationships

  • Internally: Sales Management, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service

  • Externally: Customers, Suppliers, Partners (when needed)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supervising the daily performance of B2C sales branches.

  • Monitoring and achieving monthly and annual sales targets for the branches.

  • Leading and directing sales teams and motivating them to achieve the highest performance.

  • Ensuring compliance with sales, pricing, and customer service policies.

  • Analyzing sales reports and submitting recommendations to management.

  • Following up on customer complaints and working to resolve them effectively.

  • Coordinating with the marketing department to implement campaigns and promotions.

  • Supervising the displayed inventory in branches and ensuring product availability.

  • Training and evaluating branch employees periodically.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal systems and approved regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience of no less than 3–5 years in retail sales (B2C).

  • Previous experience in supervising or managing branches.

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and sales management systems.
